Your Jeep Fest Journey
Register Your Vehicle
Registration is per vehicle and includes you and one passenger. Extra wristbands can be purchased at packet pickup.
Pick Up Your Packet
Packets are NOT mailed. Pick up at the OC Convention Center, 4001 Coastal Highway. Bring your ID or registration confirmation.
Get Your Credentials
You'll receive wristbands, vehicle stickers, and a dash placard. These must be displayed at all times during event activities.
Hit the Sand
Stage at the Ocean City Inlet parking lot for the Beach Crawl and Sand Course. Staff will guide you to the staging area.
Where & When to Get Your Packet
Packets are not mailed — you must pick up in person at the Ocean City Convention Center.

Enter through the main lobby. Present your ID or registration confirmation at the registration desk inside.
Running late? No problem — you can head straight to the Inlet for the Beach Crawl and pick up your packet when you finish.

Good to Know Before You Go
Quick answers to the most common participant questions
Do I need to air down my tires?
Yes — air down to 17–20 lbs. of tire pressure for the beach. Bring a portable compressor to air back up afterward.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Dogs must be secured in the vehicle during the Beach Crawl. They're welcome at the Convention Center on a leash.
Where should I stay?
Book a condo or hotel early — reserve before the event to avoid last-minute pricing. Properties across the bridge may offer lower rates.
Where do I stage for the Beach Crawl?
Head to the Ocean City Inlet parking lot. Go to the north end — staff will guide you to the staging area.
Do I get discounts at after parties?
Yes — all official OC Jeep Fest events give you a discount when you show your badge. See the event program for party details.
Where do I park my trailer?
If you trailer your Jeep in, text Brad at 443-366-5944 and he'll direct you to a suitable location.
